What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Once we've booked you for a service, you'll get an automated text message from my booking app accepting the appointment with the time and date of service listed. If you don't get that message within 24 hours, please reach out to be sure the booking went through. Three days before your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation text message from the booking app, and one hour before your appointment, you'll receive a text reminder. If you have any questions about your appointment, want to send any inspiration photos, or find you have a scheduling conflict, please let me know.
The Consultation
Every service begins with a personalized consultation.
This is our time to connect, talk about your hair goals, and address any challenges you’ve been having. I’ll ask questions about your lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and inspiration to make sure we create a look that fits you. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, this step ensures we’re on the same page and you leave feeling confident and cared for.
After Goodbye
After you've lived with your new cut or color for a few days and styled it on your own, if there are any areas that aren't sitting quite right, or if the color isn't quite what you had in mind, reach out to me within the first week after your service. I'm happy to make a few quick snips to get the haircut just right or schedule you in for an adjustment to the color. I may check in with you after your service to see how you're liking everything or make sure you don't have any questions you may be wondering about.
